Creamy honey sauce (cold)

Ingredients:

200g creme fraiche
2 tsp tomato purée
2 tsp clear honey
1 TBSP fresh coriander or parsley, chopped

Blend all ingredients together.

Serve with potato roasts or tomato dishes.
