Menu week 2009-02

Wow, it has been a while I haven't posted anything here... Yes, we've had a nice Christmas and made it to 2009. Happy New Year everyone!

We entered the new year with the following dishes:

Rice and lentil casserole

Vegetable toad-in-the-hole (NEW!)

Potato-topped lentil bake (NEW!)

Spiced potato and spinach wheels (NEW!)
served with vegetable curry

Fennel and celery risotto
