Pizza bianca

Nice pizza which Trave made on Friday. Use your favourite pizza dough recipe (Trave used 1/2 plain, 1/2 wholemeal flour). Once the dough rolled, we added a can of chopped tomatoes with herbs on the base, then sliced courgettes, topped with fresh rosemary from our garden and slices of mozzarella. In the oven for 15 minutes, and here is the result:
