Carrot and leek quiche

This quiche was amazingly good!!!!!!!!!! Don't know if it is because I grated the carrots instead of slicing them, or because the cheese was different, or because of the fresh coriander, but... yum yum yum!!!!

Based on the same basic recipe I gave before, but with a white flour pastry, fried grated carrots and sliced leeks, and fresh coriander.
